Hosting & Domain
All websites require hosting and a domain. These fees are paid separately to the Design and Build fees, either through Little Robin, or independently. The most popular hosting package with my clients includes:
Unlimited bandwidth and storage
SSL security
Advanced website analytics
Hosting Prices
Hosting varies in price, but the most popular hosting package for my clients costs £144 annually, including VAT. You can change or cancel your hosting plan at any time. Pay annually or on a month-by-month bases.
Domain Prices
You can either use a domain you already own, or purchase a brand new domain. Domains vary in price, but the most popular domain type with my clients costs £16 annually, excluding VAT.
MANAGEMENT
PACKAGES
Websites require ongoing management and updates. We have three options for you to choose from, dependent on your needs. An ongoing hosting fee is charged at a rate dependent upon your needs. This price is in addition to the initial Design & Build upfront cost.
Package One
Full-Manage
(£350-£450 annually - plus monthly tariff)
Once the site is published, the ownership, hosting and domain payments are all managed by Little Robin. We will organise payments, edits, updates and general maintenance of your site on an ongoing bases, dependent upon the tariff you choose.
Tariffs
1 hour per month: £35
2 hours per month: £65
3 hours per month: £90
4 hours per month: £115
Package Two
Part-Manage
(£350-£450 annually)
Once the site is published, the ownership, hosting and domain payments are all organised by Little Robin. You can add as many Content Editors to contribute to the site as you would like, plus make unlimited edits.
Package Two comes with two hours of support from Little Robin to be used within one month of the site being published. This will include training on how to update your website in an easy-to-use way. After this time any additional support is charged at an hourly rate of £40 per hour, with a minimum fee of £40.
Package Three
Self-Manage
(Variable - paid to host)
Once the site is published, the ownership and full responsibility of the site, hosting and domain payments are managed entirely to you.
Package Three comes with one hour of support from Little Robin to be used within one month of the site being published. This will include training on how to update your website in an easy-to-use way. After this time any additional support is charged at an hourly rate of £40 per hour, with a minimum fee of £40.
